Access is provided through a monthly subscription billed via Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. Refunds are not provided unless legally required. You may cancel at any time and will retain access through the end of your current billing period.

We are not registered financial advisors. Cryptocurrency and other markets are inherently volatile — always do your own research.
Members may not engage in illegal activities including financial fraud or market manipulation. Harassment, threats, or abusive behavior toward other members is prohibited. Sharing exclusive community content externally without permission is not allowed. Shilling, pump-and-dump schemes, and coordinated market manipulation are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal.
We collect personal information including your name, email address, and payment details, as well as usage data related to your activity. This information is shared with Stripe for payment processing and Discord for platform access. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.
In no event shall we be liable for more than the amount of your last paid subscription fee. We are not responsible for investment decisions made based on community discussions, financial losses, or platform outages beyond our control.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to any member who violates these terms, at our sole discretion, without prior notice or refund.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
